Home Stretch acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we work and live. We recognise their continuing connection to Country and community. We pay respect to the Elders of the past, present and future.
We recognise that First Nations peoples are over-represented in state care and are committed to improving outcomes for these care leavers.
